About Me
I am a student at Sandy Spring Friends School in Montgomery County, Maryland, in the class of 2022. My primary interests are science, specifically aerospace engineering, and theater, in the forms of tech and a small amount of acting. I've been interested in aerospace for as long as I can remember, and am planning to major in aerospace engineering. Over the last four years, my interest has developed from memorizing technical specifications to writing papers, building my own radio-control airplanes, and going to several launches in-person. My first foray into theater was my participation in the 4th Grade Mini Musical at my previous school, where I acted as one of the characters, followed by 7th and 8th grade, where I ran lights for the musicals Alice in Wonderland Jr. and Once on This Island Jr. I would move to SSFS in 9th grade, and my first true production would be in 10th grade with D.W. Gregory's Radium Girls. That, and out community play, Matilda, really made me love technical theater. I have now done 4 shows at SSFS alone, and plan to do a few more I leave for college.
